I’ve been the woman with more ideas than time, the leader managing everything for everyone, and the mom trying to stay focused while pouring into others. That’s why I don’t just teach goal setting, I teach women and organizations how to create alignment that actually works.

Every vision I carry today was born from a season that tested my clarity, my faith, and my capacity.
Before there was a framework or a company, there was just me, a woman trying to keep everything together.
A wife, a mom of twin boys, and a visionary who knew she was called for more but didn’t have the structure to sustain it all.
I knew how to show up for my family, my work, and even for myself but I often found myself doing everything without a clear structure in place. My goals were big, but my time was scattered. My ideas were powerful, but my plan was missing. And then God began to show me something: that order and clarity are not just skills, they’re spiritual principles.
